HOW TO REGISTER
     
Register online using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or choose to receive an invoice. Receipts/invoices are issued by the system via email so please be sure to enter your correct email address on the registration form. Please print and keep your email receipt.

Please note that payments will appear on your credit card bill as coming
from “Wisdom Exchange”.

Cheques should be mailed to:

Please make cheques payable to: MEDI – Wisdom Exchange 2012

Invoices are payable upon receipt and must be paid at least two weeks prior to the conference.

Cancellation:
Delegates cancelling prior to March 9, 2012 receive a full refund less a $20.00 administrative fee. Request must be submitted in writing via email by March 9, 2012 to wisdomexchange@ontario.ca. Delegates cancelling after this date forfeit their registration fee, although substitutions may be made upon approval of the Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation. All refunds will be forwarded after the conference.
