Introduction of a proven high-speed approach to assessing and establishing partnerships that are based on a tangible exchange of value and a near-term return on investment.

BACKGROUND

CT Labs is an Ottawa-based firm specializing in complex collaboration and innovation. The interactive approach presented in this workshop has proven effective with large international corporations, small and medium business, government departments and not-for-profit organizations.

DIRECTION

The decision on when and how to establish fast, effective partnerships can sometimes be perplexing.
Today, most organizations see benefit in collaborating but there are usually broader issues to be resolved before different organizations can work together to achieve both their individual and shared objectives.
Focus on critical questions to assess the effectiveness and achievability of any potential partnerships.
