BACKGROUND

CT Labs is an Ottawa-based firm specializing in complex collaboration and innovation. The interactive approach presented in this workshop has proven effective with large international corporations, small and medium business, government departments and not-for-profit organizations.

DIRECTION

•	The decision on when and how to establish fast, effective partnerships can sometimes be perplexing.
•	Today, most organizations see benefit in collaborating but there are usually broader issues to be resolved before different organizations can work together to achieve both their individual and shared objectives.
•	Focus on critical questions to assess the effectiveness and achievability of any potential partnerships.
